What types of presses for you use?

We have over 35 Bruderer punch presses with the capability of 18 to 60 ton. We also have Die-Master, Rouselle and Minster presses.

Yes, Precision Stampings has been certified ISO/TS 16949:2009

What types of plating can you do?

Our plating facility in Beaumont, California is state of the art. Built from the ground up to be both technologically cutting edge and environmentally friendly, it is a zero-discharge facility who’s continuous strip Copper, Nickel, Gold, Tin and Tin/Lead plating capabilities include:

Overall plating
Control depth plating
Selective stripe plating
Brush plating

We can also provide IR reflow for your lead free (ROHS) requirements. Like all our processes our plating department adheres to ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality system controls to ensure superior quality.

Normal office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific for our California facility and headquarters

What kind of tooling do you build?

A.

We build high speed progressive stamping tools which can accommodate material thicknesses ranging from .002” up to .032” and widths up to 2.25”

Precision die sets are built in house using Agathon pins and bushings. We use high performance carbide for cutting and heavy wear areas to provide high tool life longevity and consistent production runs.

Is Precision Stampings TS16949 certified?

Yes, Precision Stampings is ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified.

Are Precision Stampings’ products RoHS compliant?

A.

All of the base metals currently used in manufacturing are RoHS compliant, and we can finish plate the end product to comply with the RoHS specification. However, Sn/Pb plating is still available if desired.
